Please note the school will be closed on the 23/24th of May due to the Elections - work will be sent home / posted on the OLE instead.

Welcome back to G4/Y4 after their Alex' trip, they enjoyed it very much and learned lots about the the history and geography of the city, and how to get themselves up by themselves! Well done! My thanks to all staff attending this trip.

EY Art week finishes this week - please enjoy.

Please note some year groups / grade levels are being shuffled next year: the current FS1/ Y1/ Y3 /Y4 / G2/ G3/ G5. The proposed new classes will be posted in the important info' box on the left on the 3rd of June. Please see the relevant letter sent home last week for details.

Well done to Y1 and 2 for your fabulous concerts last week - enjoyed by all.

Well done to our finalists for the first Cairo American International Schools Spelling Bee: Nadine Tawfik (G4), Mariam Khalil (G5) and Aisha Kais (G4). They did very well and we are proud of them.

We look forward to the FS concerts on Thursday.

Welcome back, here we are in term / trimester 3 already!

Hope you had a good vacation and are ready for the big push to the end of the year!

Well done to those who participated in the American Spelling Bee, hope you enjoyed it and good luck to those who are going through to the final on the 7th of May.

We look forward to the KS1 concerts on the 3rd of May and the FS concerts the following week.

Our lower school production (Y3/4, G2/3) will be The Gingerbread Girl, which will be in the last week of term, along with all sorts of other fun events such as splash days, leaving assemblies and pool parties for the G5/Y6s. We have some other class concerts this term as well so check out the calendar and newsletters.

Arabic tests will be the week of the 6th of May along with Book Week.

The G4/Y4 Alex trip is going out on 15-17th May so I look forward to that, especially as I am going!

We also have Community Service, Art and Science Weeks coming up so it's all go as usual!
